RETURNS POLICY
Most merchandise may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Prior to sending, request a Return Authorization number (“RA”) via email at customerservice@beadthemessage.com . Securely package your return, including all parts , and send it back to us using a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price upon receipt and approval of returned merchandise. In order to receive a refund, returned merchandise must be received by us in the same condition as it was received by you (damage in transit excepted). Your original shipping fee is not refundable.

Prostores shopping cart has built-in security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and alteration. We use industry-standard practices, such as encrypted storage and password protection systems, to safeguard the confidentiality of information.

SHIPPING POLICY
We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order is shipped. Our goal for orders received by 12:00 pm on a business day is to process and ship the same day or the following day. This may not be possible depending on volume of orders. Orders received after 12:01 pm on Friday, will be processed and shipped with the orders of the following business day.  We ship United States Post Office Priority Mail 2 business day delivery to continental US and 3 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

BACK ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If any item or all your items are out of stock, you will be contacted to discuss your options regarding shipping and wait times.
